Coming up short on Super Bowl recipes? Try out this easy but delicious recipe for avocado chicken salad we found via Pinterest—likely a healthier pick than the other table temptations come Sunday. But let’s be honest, anything avocado is OK by us.
Ingredients:
12 ounces chicken breast
1 avocado
2 Tbsp low fat sour cream
¼ cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp cilantro
Salt/pepper to taste 
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in serving bowl.
Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
